This project included concrete repairs in the utility galleries and tunnels of Drydocks 4 and 5.  The scope of the repairs included concrete spall/delamination repairs, crack injection, repair of deteriorated sections of the portal crane rail support wall that divides the gallery from the utility tunnel, and incidental related work. The repair work had to be coordinated around two drydock schedules limiting contractor access and utility outage availability.
