The scope of this project includes the removal of 85 existing wood fender piles and the installation of 89 new 2-foot x 2-foot concrete Fender Piles with the anticipated length of these piles to be between 90 and 95 linear feet. Along with the removal and replacement of these piles is the inclusion of 10,733 square feet of concrete spall repair to be performed on the top deck, beams and soffits, piles, outboard face, and underneath the existing asphalt topping on the pier, and 1,226 linear feet of cracks in the existing concrete.
