Meeting challenges, this is what Nova Group Inc. is all about. Whether the challenge is in building an open ocean pier project such as in San Nicolas Island, in remote locations such as Diego Garcia or Guam or in a remote location such as Israel, Nova is known for meeting the challenge. With this "can do" attitude Nova is now working to set a new standard of becoming an industry leader in safety.

While many companies have become vocal for this type of commitment, Nova has acted to prove their sincerity in this regard by hiring a full time staff of safety professionals approved as OSHA 500 instructors and certified to teach safety courses through the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER). This training ability is being used throughout the ranks of Nova's employees to raise the awareness and accountability levels for each employee. Formal training and programs are being implemented with a strong emphasis on employee-created, employee-led safety. Nova management understands there is no better way to create a strong culture for safety than to utilize the knowledge and experience of those individuals working each day on our projects around the world. Training, accountability, employee-led safety; these are the tools to be utilized to protect our most valuable asset, the Nova employee.
