Carole L. Bionda

Vice President, General Counsel

After practicing law for many years, Carole came to Nova in 1986 and currently oversees the company’s legal affairs in addition to serving as its Corporate Secretary, EEO Officer and Human Resources Director.

She has an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley, where she graduated summa cum laude, and a Juris Doctorate degree from Stanford University.

During her career Carole has devoted a significant amount of time in the service of the construction industry sitting on committees and boards with various construction industry groups including the Associated Builders and Contractors, where she was the National Chair in 2004, Associated General Contractors, California Construction Craft Training Center, National Center for Construction Education & Research, and Women Construction Owners & Executives
